Michael J. Gassman, President and CEO

A leader in next generation healthcare and digital technology solutions, Michael has a rich history building, deploying, and delivering leading-edge platforms that advance patient care and practice profitability. He’s the visionary responsible for developing the first graphics software on the IBM PC, as well as managing the team responsible for designing the spreadsheet engine used to calculate mutual fund NAVs in the Wall Street Journal. He most recently crafted In Hand Dental to effectively deliver telehealth to orthodontists, physicians, and physical therapists during the COVID crisis.

Dr. Kurt Hoffman, DDS, Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kurt Hoffman received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Kansas and graduated from UMKC’s Dental School with a DDS degree. After completing a two-year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, he went into practice with his dad and is also a Clinical Professor at the UMKC School of Dentistry in the Department of Orthodontics. Dr. Hoffman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Matt Quinn, Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Quinn has multiple years of sales, sales management, merchandising, operations and channel development experience and has received awards in multiple industries including employer services, PC and software distribution, insurance and multi-channel direct to consumer and direct to business marketing solutions for revenue generation. Matt has worked, and lead teams for prestigious companies including; ADP, eBay, SkyMall, Indeed, Insight, and Conversant (formerly ValueClick).

Jeff Clary, Ph.D, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Clary combines a Ph.D. in computer science with 25 years of professional software development experience. His career includes positions at a wide variety of companies – from global technology organizations to start-up companies including IBM, General Dynamics, Visual Components, Euronet Worldwide, and eLuminate Health. Over the years, Mr. Clary’s projects have been in such diverse areas as artificial intelligence, parallel processing, commercial ActiveX controls, point-of-sale transaction processing, B2B interfaces, and Android phone applications.

Grant Wood, VP, Business Development

Mr. Wood has focused on providing business development and sales leadership for early-stage healthcare organizations. He is a University of Iowa graduate, and has trained at the Mayo Clinic. His previous experience encompasses the pharmaceutical, engineering, and insurance markets.
